WSNLF reserves the right to update site content, product details, prices, and service arrangements where necessary.
Products and services offered through the site may have specific rules or instructions which also form part of these terms.
Orders and payments
All orders are subject to availability, confirmation, and validation.
Where a code, link, registration output, or organiser page is generated after purchase, the customer is responsible for retaining the confirmation details supplied on-screen and by email.
Competition and game services
Where WSNLF provides organiser tools, registrations, prize tracking, fixtures-based products, prediction services, or season games, the published rules and format for that product apply in addition to these terms.
WSNLF may correct obvious administrative errors, duplicate entries, or malformed submissions where reasonably necessary to keep a competition or product functioning properly.
Customer responsibility
Customers must provide accurate information when submitting registrations, participant names, payment details, and organiser contact details.
Customers should check junk or spam folders for confirmation emails if they do not appear in the main inbox.
Participant names
Participant and member names are decided and submitted by the organiser and are specifically the responsibility of the group organiser.
Any rude, unethical, blasphemous, discriminatory, libellous, or otherwise offensive participant names or league content are not the responsibility of wsnlf.co.uk.
These leagues and member names are not actively moderated, however WSNLF reserves the right to edit, remove, or refuse content at its discretion where it considers it necessary.
