Automated CSV Creator

This workflow is designed to help organisers convert handwritten paper entry forms into a clean predictions CSV. Each scanned form is reviewed on-screen, corrected if needed, and then added into the current batch before the final CSV is generated.

Step 1, Scan or Upload Entry Form

This is where the entrant form image will be captured and processed by OCR.

Step 2, Validate OCR Result

The scanned result should be shown here for human review before it is added to the current batch.

Step 3, Build Batch

  • Each validated entrant is appended to the in-progress batch
  • The final official CSV is not written per scan
  • The final predictions CSV is generated only when the batch is finished

Step 4, Finish and Download

Once all forms have been scanned, corrected, and added, the organiser should be able to finish the batch and download the generated predictions CSV.
